The DevCon Team Stands Ready
to Partner with You

Jetandra (Tangie) Ervin-Facon

SALESFORCE RANK: Triple Star Ranger

HOW DID YOU GET YOUR START WITH SALESFORCE: Funny story — I actually chose my career path after watching the movie The Net with Sandra Bullock. She played a computer programmer who analyzed and troubleshooted programs from home, and I thought, ‘That’s exactly what I want to do!’ At the time, I was drawn to the flexibility, but it turned out to be fate because I discovered a real passion for technology.

I went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems and later an MBA with a concentration in Information Systems Management. While working on my bachelor’s degree, I got hands-on experience in Tier I Tech Support for one of the largest wireless carriers, best known for its Push-to-Talk walkie-talkie service.

SPECIALTIES: My expertise centers around Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, with a strong ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions. I have strong skills in training and teaching end users and teams, ensuring successful adoption of Salesforce tools. In addition, I enjoy problem-solving — whether it’s troubleshooting issues, streamlining processes, or finding innovative ways to optimize workflows — to help organizations maximize the value of their Salesforce investment.

EDUCATION: Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems
Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Information Systems Management

PREVIOUS POSITIONS: Technical Support Representative, Dispatcher in Field Services, Client Service Manager, Business Operations Manager, IT Support Analyst, Senior Business Analyst

CERTIFICATIONS: Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist, Salesforce Certified AI Associate, Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant, Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)

INSPIRATIONAL QUOTE: One of my favorite quotes is  “Life's most persistent and urgent question is, What are you doing for others?” - Martin Luther King Jr.

INDUSTRIES WORKED: I’ve held a variety of positions across IT, business operations, and client services, which has given me a broad perspective on business and technology. I started as a Technical Support Representative in Telecommunications, then worked as a Dispatcher in Field Service, followed by a Client Services Manager role in Hospitality. I then transitioned into Business Operations Manager and IT Support Analyst roles, supporting application solutions for business users. Most recently, I’ve served as a Senior Business Analyst on Salesforce implementation projects, focusing on gathering requirements, designing solutions, and ensuring successful adoption.

WHY DEVCON PARTNERS IS RIGHT FOR YOU: I joined Development Consulting Partners because I wanted a Salesforce role that would allow me to continuously learn and grow. At DCP, I’ve had the opportunity to work on projects that use solutions I hadn’t previously worked with, which has helped me expand my skill set across different Salesforce clouds. I also value the flexibility here — being able to contribute to a variety of projects while managing how and when I work. Finally, the emphasis on work-life balance at DCP makes it a place where I can challenge myself professionally while still maintaining balance personally

GOALS:  At this point in my career, I want to continue to deepen my expertise in Salesforce architect to work towards an architect-level role and build the project experience and certifications that will lead me on this path.  Also, I want to broaden my experience across different Salesforce cloud solutions and mentor and teach junior-level administrators/consultants.

HOME: Home today is in the Metro Atlanta area for the past 25 years

My Definition of Partnership: A perfect partnership is one where there’s mutual trust, clear communication, and a shared commitment to success. Both sides collaborate openly, leverage each other’s expertise, and work toward achieving meaningful results together.
